I think I'm broken. Well, not completely broken but definitely more sore than I think is normal. Charles tells me this is my body's way of becoming stronger. Deep down I know this to be true and that knowledge is what keeps me going.
Sunday morning we went to the gym, not an unusual occurrence by itself. What was new was the fact I did dead lifts, squats, and other free weight exercises.
